Another step in the journey.
Over the last year the team at KultraLab have been working extremely hard on a number of fronts, making remarkable progress. It has been a hectic few months and I am incredibly proud of the dedication everyone has shown across the business in the continuous evolution of our Behavioural Change Platform. We have had many highlights, more recently from onboarding our first clients, to finalising our ground-breaking research project on the future consumer workforce, together with our partners at the World Retail Congress where our report, The DzNA of the Future Consumer Workforce was presented at the summit in Rome earlier this month.
As another important milestone, it gives me great pleasure to announce that we have just completed a major funding round with our new partners Kelvin Capital, with co-investment from Scottish Enterprise. As part of this process, we have appointed Kevin Lyon (former Managing Director at 3i Group, UK) as Chairman to our Board, along with Lynton Barker (former Partner at PwC) as Senior Independent Director. As we embark upon our next chapter, I look forward to working with our new partners, together with Kevin and Lynton, to help us accelerate our journey to helping consumer organisations create sustainable behavioural change across their workforces.
