KultraLab will be releasing a ground breaking piece of research titled ‘What next for DEI?Unleashing the Power of Difference’ next month in partnership with the World Retail Congress and inBeta.
As part of the research we undertook a global survey inviting participants to detail their own experiences of diversity, inclusion and belonging within their organisations. We received some interesting results which show a disconnect between what organisations say they are doing and the experiences of those on the front line. Here’s a snapshot of some of the results.
